Since all of our posts are usually about Zoey I figured I would start with a little somethin, somethin about Alex and I. We both have been really busy and trying to keep in shape. We have found that running in the evenings after Zoey has gone to bed works best for now, since grandma and grandpa are there to help. We really only make it out about 3-4 times a week and since Alex hurt his back wakeboarding I am all alone and make it out even less. So therefore I am still heavier than I would like to be and Alex says he is getting fat. Maybe one day we can get back!
Alex loves his new job and the people that he works with. It was a hard choice when debating where to work but he feels that his decision was good and he is very happy. All the therapists there are members which provides for a great work environment. He loves his schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and is also very excited about actually having a good income.
As for me, I keep very busy raising the little one. My days are filled with normal house chores, running errands, and being a mom. I LOVE MY JOB!! I thought I might miss going to work just a tiny bit, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Staying home with Zoey is the best. I love spending time organizing and reorganizing her room, doing her laundry (the only laundry I enjoy doing), reading to her, playing with her and teaching her new things. My life at this point pretty much revolves around her and I am 100% ok with that!
Zoey is still progressing very rapidly. She can now roll over from back to tummy and is mimicking a lot of my facial expressions. She is doing very well at trying to sit on her own, and is crazier then ever in her bath. She is not doing so well on the eating cereal thing, though I keep trying. It might just be a bit to early still. She loves playing in her exersaucer and sitting in front of the mirror in her bumbo while I get ready for the day. She is just so much fun right now!

Hailey- sounds like things are working out great for you and your cute lil fam!! your daughter is so cute I wish we could do some play dates with our lil ones!!! maybe next time I come into town:-)

Holy moly she is definitely way farther than erik jus from seeing her pics. She is adorable and I think she just keeps getting cuter!
