is the best thing in the whole world! I can't believe that it has been over two weeks since Zoey came into our lives. I really understand what people mean when they say, "enjoy every minute because time passes so fast". Zoey has made a lot of changes just in the last two weeks. Her little cheeks are starting to fill out as well as the rest of her body, her belly button fell off and is looking very nice, she still sleeps a lot but is starting to figure out her days and nights, and she is now enjoying her baths. I know none of these are huge mile stones but I am so amazed at how quickly they learn, grow and change. 
Alex started his internship on Monday and that left nights completely up to me and days became just Zoey and I. I have been more tired so far this week than last, but I am also very much enjoying my days spent just holding and starring at her.I never knew one could feel a bigger love than the one I feel for Alex, but having a child I have experienced a whole new depth of love. Which in turn makes me love Alex even more (which again I didn't think was possible) for giving me her. I don't know if that makes any since but for those of you with children understand what I am trying to say.

Those are great pictures. You know, just when you think you can't love any more, you're blessed with a child. I know exactly what you are saying here. Madeleine definitely brought George and I closer, even when we never thought that was a possibility. And children bring soooooo much more love and laughter to a home. Don't underestimate those milestones! Little Zoey is growing like a champ!
