We went to the Eastern Indoor Track Meet this last weekend, which was a duel meet between UofM and EWU. While there we got to see a few of our old track buddies and coaches. The only running events that were run were the 55 meter dash and the 55 meter hurdles which made for a very short meet. Even in the short amount of time that we were there Zoey recognized where she belonged. Every time the gun would go off to start a race she would kick my side. When I say every time, I mean every time. I am sure the loud noise just made her stir but it was so cute. Alex and I both loved it. We couldn't stop laughing every time she did it. We like to tell our selves that she knew she was at a track meet and was practicing her starts. We hope and pray that at least one of our children will have the passion for track and field like we did!!

Yikes! Something about the hurdles makes me cringe... maybe the image of tripping over them?? LOL I am finding that Madeleine has my love for music, so maybe I'll have a musician for a daughter! We can only hope, pray, and INFLUENCE! LOL
